Hotel Country Villa adheres to its principles, one of which is philanthropy. “Giving back to the society” is a philosophy it has preached and followed since its establishment. Albert Einstein famously said, “It is every man's obligation to put back into the world at least the equivalent of what he takes out of it.” Some of Country Villa’s proud works are:

• Employment opportunitiesfor the locals. Presently, 75% of hotel staff come from the local community.
